The tester will ask you to present your provisional driving licence for the appropriate category; you will also be required to sign a declaration that you are insured to drive the vehicle. You will then be asked a number of questions relating to the rules of the road. Following this, the practical "on the road" element of your test will commence. Following the completion of your test the tester will bring you into the test centre and give you the result of the test.
